Football icon Andrés Iniesta is gearing up for his debut match with the UAE’s Emirates Club of Ras Al Khaimah in the ADNOC Pro League. This Spanish maestro, best known for his World Cup-winning goal against the Netherlands in 2010 and for clinching four Champions League titles, recently expressed his enthusiasm about joining the team and embracing the vibrant culture of Ras Al Khaimah.

“I’m elated to kick off this new chapter in my sports journey in Ras Al Khaimah,” Iniesta commented. “The stories I’ve heard about the wonders of this place have piqued my curiosity, and I’m eager to explore its many offerings. The growth and potential that Ras Al Khaimah showcases is genuinely commendable. I’m looking forward to immersing myself in the diverse activities and experiences this Emirate offers.”

Having amassed a staggering 37 trophies throughout his illustrious career, predominantly with Barcelona F.C., Iniesta’s upcoming matches are eagerly anticipated. His inaugural game with the Emirates Club is set against Al Wasl F.C. in Dubai. However, the highlight will undoubtedly be his home debut on August 25th, against Ajman Club at the Emirates Club stadium in Ras Al Khaimah. For fans itching to catch Iniesta in action at the home game, it kicks off at 6 pm on August 25th. Tickets are available for purchase through Platinum List or can be bought directly at the venue before the match begins.
