    Mubadala acquires US-based Dental Care Alliance

    Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala) announced its investment in Dental Care Alliance (DCA), the leading US-based dental services organization with approximately 390 affiliated practices, along with a private equity fund managed by Harvest Partners, LP (Harvest Partners), a long-established private equity firm that specializes in middle-market investments.

    DCA is one of the largest multi-branded dental support organizations in the United States, providing a comprehensive range of general and specialty dental services. A fund managed by Harvest Partners acquired DCA in partnership with management in 2015. Mubadala and funds managed by Harvest Partners jointly control DCA following the recapitalization that closed in December 2022.
